Deposit Policy:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit ($CAD) is required to reserve your spot.
  • The remaining balance is due before the day of the class before training begins.
  • Payments can be made by e-transfer, debit, credit card, or cash.
  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

  • If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your training date one time without penalty.
  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours before your scheduled class.
  • In the case of an emergency, contact us directly — we will do our best to accommodate you.

Registration Requirements:

  • Open to licensed beauty industry professionals (hairstylists, estheticians, medical aestheticians, nurses, etc.)
  • Open to students currently enrolled in an accredited beauty, aesthetics, or cosmetology program (proof of enrollment required).
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
